What do the terms “Pending”, “Paid”, and “Declined” mean?

You can review the status of your cash back earnings at any time by checking your Savings. We categorize your earnings in one of three ways:

  • "Pending" indicates that we've received notification from an online retailer that you made a purchase that qualifies for 10% cash back and it will be added to a future payout.
  • "Paid" means that we've sent out the cash back and rebate payment for those purchases.
  • "Declined" indicates that your activity didn't meet the criteria needed to qualify for a payout. For example, you won't earn cash back on a purchase if you return the item, if your purchase is "shipped to store" rather than to a residential, non-retail location, or if you have exceeded your earning cap for your membership year.
