Why Haven’t I Received My Introductory Offer?

If you are eligible for an Introductory Offer and have completed the claim process but haven't received your Introductory Offer, a few things could have happened:

  1. Your introductory offer will be paid via check or PayPal on the next qualifying month. Payouts are sent on the 15th of each month.
  2. You must claim your Introductory Offer within 30 days of joining FreeShipping.com. Unfortunately, you won't be able to claim your Offer if more than 30 days have passed since you joined.
  3. After entering your purchase information during the claim process, you must email your proof of purchase to [email protected]. If you enter your purchase information but do not send your proof of purchase, we won't be able to process your claim and send you a payout.
