Why was my food delivery rebate declined?

In order to approve your rebates, our team needs sufficient information to verify the purchase.

To be eligible for a food delivery rebate, you must make your purchase through our network of food delivery service providers and provide our team with a receipt or a complete order confirmation screenshot/email. Please note, FreeShipping.com will not reimburse fees that have already been waived by an external membership such as Uber One or Grubhub+.
