Why was my price protection rebate declined?

In order to approve your price protection rebate, our team needs sufficient information to verify the purchase.

For price protection rebates we require a screenshot of the exact same item listed at a lower price by a legitimate seller in addition to a complete screenshot of your original purchase. Note, for your rebate to be approved, it must be the exact same item!

Additionally, items sold by eBay, Daily Deal Sites (such as Groupon), or individual or third-party sellers are not eligible for price protection.

Price protection does not cover differences in price due to shipping, taxes or coupons.

Rebates may also be declined due to restrictions found in our Terms.
